A Seattle native, Madeleine's love of the performing arts manifested at an early age in dance classes, school plays, and her need to voraciously devour any novel she could get her hands on. Novels soon turned to plays, and classes turned to rehearsals, and Madeleine found herself working with professionals in plays at Seattle Children's Theatre, and in workshops at Washington Ensemble Theatre. Madeleine eventually found her way to New York, where she earned a BFA in Marymount Manhattan's Acting Program. 

 

Since graduating, Madeleine has had the pleasure of working with various companies in New York and Connecticut, both on stage and screen, in classical and contemporary works.

 

In addition to acting, Madeleine enjoys painting with watercolor, Haruki Murakami novels, cooking, watching The X-Files, and dabbling in interior design.
